Notes directly from notepad.
-----------------------------

Good things
Existing framework
"Improvised planning"
split development
use resources
stay focused
do it obscure
big groups - work for everyone
Keep it simple
Focus on key features
let people do what the do best, and listen to them
"Fuck the graphics" looks doesnt matter at first
use version control
use "scrum lite" to control what to do
be there when the judges arrive
skip background stories at first
limit features
trial n' error
Simplicity: For sale: Baby shoes. never worn

(following taken directly from presentation)
Focus on mehcnics
build the toy first
time boxing
prototype
just do it
keep it abstract
play test
keep it simple

bad things
not enough testing
not humerous enough
too many ideas
dont rely on webcams :P
dont do networking, it is a nightmare

what to do
test as much as possible
make it fun
have fun
get a balanced team

Too simple? add stuff!
Too advanced? add more stuff.
